High purity stainless steel tube and fittings type 316L seamless, cold drawn bright annealed with controlled sulfur content. Full certification and heat code traceability. Both non electropolished (20 Ra) and electropolished (15 Ra) product. Sizes: 1/8" thru 4".
(1/8" - 4.0" O.D.) Materials to be domestic 304/304L or 316/316L cold drawn bright annealed, with the sulfur content between .005 to .017 percent. Material between 1/8" and 1.0" will be seamless.
Product over 1.0" O.D. will conform to the same specifications except to be of welded seam construction. Consult H.P.T. on welded material options between 1/2" and 1.0"., and seamless options on sizes greater than 1.0".
All tubing and fitting must be manufactured from and conform to the following ASTM specifications:
ASTM A269/A632 (less than 1/2" O.D.)
ASTM A269/A213 (1/2" O.D. and larger)
ASTM A479 (Bar Stock)
ASTM A312
